Standard UK Delivery -

 
We aim to get your order to you just as quickly as possible, and for obvious reasons. Indeed it is our aim to dispatch standard delivery orders on the same day as they are placed, providing this is by 12 noon on a weekday. We operate a Royal Mail 24/1st Class packet service that is scheduled to take one to three days, however the service is currently running at 95% next day (subject to variation).


Next Day Special Delivery -

 
If you’re looking to get your order guaranteed for delivery the next day, we operate Royal Mail Special Delivery, a service that guarantees your order will be with you by 1pm the following day. All you need to do is ensure that you place your order by 12 noon on a weekday (excluding Friday). This service is also available for anyone wishing to receive delivery of an order on a Saturday, however there is a further £3 surcharge that will be added at check out. Again, orders must be received by 12 noon on the Friday. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day, which can add one more day to delivery times. Next day delivery is a UK-based service only.  
 

Overseas Delivery -

 
Orders for deliveries outside the UK – Europe and the Rest of World - are sent using Royal Mail's ‘Standard International’ service. Anticipated delivery times, although not guaranteed, are as follows:
 
Western Europe – 2 working days after posting
Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities) – 4 working days after posting.
Rest of the World – 6 working days after posting.
 
Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.
 

Returns/Refund Policy -

 
Whilst we hope you will be delighted with the goods you have chosen to purchase, we understand that there may be times when you want to return items that do not meet your exacting requirements. In such instances, we offer a free UK returns policy. So if you do not wish to choose something else, we are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order, provided it is returned with proof of purchase. We are unable to refund postage for international returns. All you need to do is use the Licenced returns label supplied, by fixing it clearly on the returns package. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
It is very important that when you return an item that you either enclose a print out or copy of your order details from the website or your order confirmation email and indicate which items you are returning and include this in the parcel.
 
How to return an item for UK Customers
  1. You will receive a receipt/invoice in your parcel. Please indicate which item/s you are returning and include a copy with the goods themeselves.
  2. Use the Licenced returns address label with the pre-paid postage and use it to address your parcel.
  3. Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.
  4. How to return an item for customers outside of the UK or USA
  1. You will receive a receipt/invoice in your parcel. Please indicate which item/s you are returning and include a copy with the goods themeselves.
  2. Please address you parcel using the details supplied below. Please add postage as required for the items you are returning.
  3. Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.

In order to exchange an item you will need to return the original item and then place a replacement order. Follow the steps below to get free postage on your replacement order:
  1. Log into your account. You will find the link to 'my account' at the top right corner of our website.
  2. Once in your account click on 'returns and exchanges' then select the product(s) that you want to exchange/replace. You will then be taken to 'your bag' and from there you can begin shopping for the item(s) that you would like in exchange. Select the new item(s) and add them to 'your bag'.
  3. Free postage will be added to your exchange order once you have proceeded to the checkout and selected 'pay securely'. To make sure we have secured the stock for your exchange you will need to enter your card details and your card will be charged when your exchange order is dispatched.
 
Please then return the items you do not wish to keep by following the "How to return an item" guide above. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the amount originally charged for these item(s).

We do not charge you for postage on your exchange order
